Sit down or stand up, whatever works for you, and look at your schedule. If you don’t have a schedule put down in either your phone or on paper, I highly suggest that you do so. Find an hour in your day to fit in some exercise. Make sure you do something you love; otherwise you’ll make excuses not to do it.
I tell you this from personal experience. My husband and I
had planned that we were going to walk every day in the morning plus
working out at the gym at least a few times a week. We were going to eat
healthier by trying to include more fruits and vegetables and not go out to eat
as much. The plan was great and we were really motivated. But it didn’t happen.
We got really busy and just kept making excuses to not
exercise. It got to the point where we knew something needed to change. We used
the solution that I gave you above and so far, it has been working.
Try it and see if it works for you. Let me know if it does.
